What is the new Mastercard dispute resolution process?

The dispute resolution process for payments has long been a complex, manual, and time-consuming process. That’s why Mastercard is requiring acquiring banks to receive collaboration requests through Mastercom or Ethoca.
Acquirers will have to ensure that collaboration requests are handled in less than 72 hours to avoid chargebacks.
