Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) as a maternity leave replacement in full time

For our office in Leipzig, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to support our team starting immediately.

Your Profile
  • You have a degree with an economic background or a completed commercial apprenticeship and preferably several years of professional experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • You are fluent in German, Russian and English and are familiar with the use of MS Office.
  • Several years of professional experience in the payment sector are desirable - but not mandatory
  • Your personality is characterized by the ability to work in a team, a high level of understanding of service, very good organizational skills and the ability to act independently, solution-oriented and structured
  • High degree of independence, enthusiasm and integrity.
Deine Aufgaben
Your Duties
  • Focus on finding and acquiring new customers in the areas of banking, financial services and crypto market
  • Representation and presentation activities at trade fairs and other specialist events
  • Responsibility for the end-to-end sales process with independent coordination and monitoring of the entire customer setup, bringing in resources from the Company when required
  • Engage and develop sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach
  • Identify key stakeholders in the buying process and engage at all levels
  • Account management along the sales process
  • Interface with specialist departments (e.g. Compliance, Technical Support and Sales Operations) within the framework of customer care
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and recorded accurately.

  • You are fluent in German and English and are familiar with the use of MS Office.
  • Several years of professional experience in the payment sector are desirable - but not mandatory
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the area of project management and have a good eye for process optimization
  • Your personality is characterized by the ability to work in a team, a high level of understanding of service, very good organizational skills and the ability to act independently, solution-oriented and structured
  • High degree of independence, enthusiasm and integrity
Deine Aufgaben
Your Duties
  • Independent support of existing customers from the respective sales division
  • Consult with clients on their strategic requirements and how Web Shield can help achieve their goals.
  • Promote Web Shield service/product offerings to solve client challenges and achieve account growth
  • Conduct frequent and regular check-ins with assigned clients ensuring their continued satisfaction and strategic alignment with Web Shield products/services. Continually evaluate client needs and ensure sustained client engagement.
  • Develop, track and report on relationship strategy/results for assigned clients. Contribute to development of team metrics.
  • Preparation of contract documents for existing customers as well as obtaining company legal documents
  • Independent coordination and monitoring of the entire customer setup
  • Interface with specialist departments (e.g. Compliance, Technical Support and Sales Manager) within the framework of customer support
  • Work closely with sales and business development team
  • Preparation of reports and analyses for customers and sales
  • Support in project management for key account customers and take over sub-projects as well as initiate process optimizations
